“My breath works taught so me that there is a time to drive towards what we love and a time to let go. I am in this time of letting go while deepening my breath practice. I’ve always been practicing breathing as I literally fell in love with breath exercises with Uddyiana Bandha. But I didn’t have any backgrounds and didn’t know the meaning of it. I was just feeling some great effect. The Breath Circle gave me the chance to know more about technics and to personalize my practice, using which technics at what time of my day for a specific effect.
