Wrapped up in the lush hinterlands of Byron Bay, these immersive weekend trainings explore the intricate and profound science of pranayama. The practice involves learning to direct the way we breathe in order to retain energy and regulate the body’s energy flow. Breathwork is the use of breath awareness (yin aspect) and conscious breathing (yang aspect) for self-healing and growth, personal awakening, and transformation in spirit, mind and body.
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
Learn specific techniques with wide ranging effects, from boosting mental clarity, heightening creativity and self-awareness, processing stored emotions, increasing immunity and reducing stress. Learn to touch and feel and shift energy not as a concept but a tangible, visceral experience that is part of your reality.
Sessions inspire experimentation—there is no wrong or right just an opportunity to create intimacy with your own breath. You can expect a deeper relationship with yourself, and greater capacity to tangibly take charge of your health and evolution.
You will leave with the tools and knowledge to curate your own daily practice, and the skills to refine your practice based on personal needs and requirements. You will access and awaken deeper layers of internal awareness and ignite your ability to live a life fuelled by inspiration, authenticity, grace, celebration and love-imbued presence.
In each moment, you will be summoned to shed old worn-out ways and shape your future, with the space to be raw, open, playful, to reinvent and be free.

Cade Mcconnell is a poet, writer & plant-based cook based out of Byron Bay. Cade was raised in a small coastal town on Worimi Country, commonly known as Forster Tuncurry, his upbringing seeded a deep appreciation for the wild aliveness of the Australian land and sea. Cade's approach to plant-based cooking is an extension of his yoga and meditation practice, where food is an opportunity for connection and presence - with ourselves, each other and the earth. A deep immersion into the union of souls through music. Lulu & Mischka create a pure and joyful space for deep connection within.
