BE ALL IN, IN EVERY MOMENT

Full Body Yes is about leaning into life exactly as it is. Saying ‘Yes’ to what is, means not trying to ‘fix’ our lives in search of an idealised state of perfection. Life is about embracing the fluctuations—the sweet and the prickly. It’s the fluctuations that make us grow.

Experience yoga, breathwork and Zen Thai Shiatsu bodywork through a slow, deep, breath-fueled method, designed to bring the full body online.

Small steps + tiny increments

With incremental awareness, every degree of the body illuminates like the little lights of a switchboard buzzing online.

When we zoom in we intelligently recruit the entire body one thread at a time. Nothing to ‘gain’ or add on, simply awakening every degree through awareness and breath.

Once we have invoked the superpower of sensitivity and mapped the inner terrain in sweet depth, we zoom back out again to string all the dots and details together with breath. The outcome is an elegant symphony in which the whole body collaborates to serve the highest functioning of the Being.

PRACTICE REVEALS THE PERSON

Brooke Elliston is a dedicated student and has given herself fully to a life of living and sharing yoga. From 2014, Brooke spent 5 years travelling to Thailand to study and teach at a Tantric yoga university. These were formative years in her development of a sincere yoga practice and the bedrock of an energetic awareness and embodiment.

Brooke spent the last 4 years travelling around the world teaching workshops, retreats, festivals and teacher trainings. Having run over 40 retreats globally including annual immersions in the UK, French Alps, Spain, and Indonesia, she has had the great fortune of collaborating with internationally acclaimed musicians and artists, and fell in love with sharing in the context of longer immersions. Every immersion is an opportunity to go on an expansive journey together and to yoke the rich nectar at the depths of the yoga system.

Brooke’s approach is to bring awareness to the subtleties and invisible undercurrents of the practice, by guiding students into a fine-tuned and detailed body awareness. Full Body Yes is her own methodology to practice that attunes us to the smallest pulsations and micro-movements using clear focus and precise technique. The idea is not to ‘master’ form, but to bridge the gap between the places where we feel most deeply, yet are most inarticulate.
